During the process of making these wall hangings, a variety of methods are used to piece it together, including glue. The wall hangings are then left to dry in the sun. The front of the wall hangings are in wonderful condition, the backs do show signs of glue. This is the case with many wall hangings that are made traditionally in India.

Delivery and shipping:

For domestic postage we use Royal Mail 2^nd class, Hermes 3 day delivery, or Parcelforce 48 as our standard free posting option. Royal Mail 1^st class, next-day delivery and Parcelforce 24 are available for an additional fee.

Please contact us prior to purchase if you require a specific delivery service, or if you would like to enquire about an overseas postage option which is not listed.

 

Returns:

We offer a hassle free 30day return policy – just contact us first to let us know, and once we receive the unused, undamaged item back we will refund you in full.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us including an image of the damaged area and we will do our best to arrange a replacement or come up with an alternative solution.
