Yellowing becomes more vivid with age in my experience. For the most yellowing, constant selective breeding is advised.

WINTER WEATHER POSTAGE

As we are now moving into the winter period and temperatures are getting lower we will now send out messages to customers when temp’s are going to be below 3C on average for the country on the days that your orders would/will be out for delivery.

The message will have 2 options and a default for “no reply”.

Offered your order be put on hold until temp’s are forecast to rise, live arrival guaranteed.

Offered the cancellation of your order.

The “Default” option will be your order put on hold (Option 1).

We hope you understand that this is for the Isopods well-being and the only way we can keep prices so low, we have also removed the option to have them sent at your risk as we know they don’t stand much chance of arriving alive.

Info for if things go wrong.

Please know we want you to be happy with your order but sometimes it is just out of our hands and other companies rules (Royal Mail) need to be satisfied first so that neither you or us lose out, when you place your order you agree to the 2 paragraphs below this.

For a REFUND/RE-SEND due to "item hasn't arrived" please be aware I have to wait 10 working days from postage date, this is the amount of time Royal Mail state before an item can be classed as lost and claimed for. We can only apologise to you for the long wait but we can’t make them do a better job.

THIS IS A VERY RARE OCCURRENCE

Please be assured that if your parcel/letter gets misplaced in the delivery system but arrives before the “lost date” they should all still be alive but will need a slower warm-up period.

If your order arrives with damage or deaths we NEED proof of this via pictures clearly showing they are dead, “belly up” is best, within hours of arrival if not straight away. No proof, no refund/resend.

This product is sold as LIVE FOOD for your reps and other beasts that eat isopods.
