Q:I just purchased an item from you, when will it ship?

A:Most orders ship the next business day (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) after payment has been received. To process orders so quickly, we do not include packing slips, invoices, or personal cards/notes for the recipient. If you leave any message in your order, it takes the order out of our automated shipping queue and can add 1-2 business days to your order shipping out. Messages left in the order requesting a change to a different item may be cancelled once reviewed.

Q:Do you charge sales tax?

A:We charge sales tax only in certain states, please see our tax table for a complete view of the rates and states in which taxes are charged.

Q:I entered the wrong address at checkout, what should I do?

A:Please attempt to contact us as soon as possible to see if we can update the order. If we can’t, you will need to make arrangements wish the shipping carrier to reroute your package.

Q:My item has been marked as shipped and I have a tracking # but it is not showing in FedEx’s shipping system, what’s wrong?

A:Once a label is printed and we have staged your item for FedEx to pick-up from our warehouse it will typically take up to 24 hours for it to show up in FedEx’s tracking system. If after 24 hours your shipping information has not been updated, you can contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance.
