CERAMIC TEDDY BEAR

with stitching detail and studio mark

This sweet, smiling teddy bear is full of life and fun and would make a wonderful addition to any teddy bear collector - or perhaps your favourite little one.  This bear has been handmade and fired in a kiln - the finish is left matte for a touch of realism.  There is a studio mark on this piece, but all of my research has left me with nothing but a mystery on my hands.  It could possibly read "ctx" or it could be a Christian "ichthys" or "ichthus" mark - symbolized by a fish and sometimes a cross. If you know the name of the maker, please let me know!  This piece is in very good condition with no discernible scratches, chips or stains and very little wear. Please examine photos closely as they are part of the item description.
