Produced by BCW (originally Baseball Card World), based in Indiana, who have been producers of high quality products for protecting, storing, and displaying collectibles since 1981.

Manufactured from clear, inert polystyrene with with screw-on semi-opaque caps (very similar to the popular Whitman/Harris range, though the BCW lids are slightly more cloudy).

Good for bulk storage of UK silver coins (threepence, sixpence, shilling & florin).

Personally, I don't think these are anywhere-near-as-good as CoinSafe, Guardhouse, or Lighthouse tubes. If you want high quality coin tubes, for only slightly more money, please peruse the rest of my inventory at https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/purpose2012?_ipg=72

Internal diameters / depth (length) :

18 mm – 66 mm (good for silver threepences)

19.3 mm – 76 mm (good for silver sixpences)

24.3 mm – 70 mm (good for silver shillings)

31 mm – 42 mm (good for silver florins)

38 mm – 59 mm

*** NB If you are only buying 18mm tubes, postage is just £1.90 - I will refund £2.00 to you ***

PLEASE NOTE:The 38 mm ('Dollar') tubes are suitable for US Dollars (naturally), Canada Maples, Austria Philharmonics, and smaller coins – but NOT silver Britannias. For Britannias I recommend the CoinSafe 38.6 mm, Guardhouse 39 mm, or Lighthouse (Numis) 40 mm tubes instead.

PLEASE NOTE: BCW's tubes are actually manufactured in China.  If you prefer to avoid goods from that particular country, please see the other brands I stock (CoinSafe, Guardhouse, Lighthouse, Whitman/Harris) whose tubes are all produced in the US (a *slightly* less oppressive regime, in my opinion...).
