These are juniors size medium shorts by Derek Heart. Burgundy with floral design. These have an elastic waistband that measures 27 inches without any stretching and 35 inches when fully stretched. The length from the waistband to the bottom edge of the shorts measures 9 inches. These show some normal wash/wear but no holes, stains, or other damages.
