Lo harás por 3 días, empezarás un viernes, un martes y terminarás un viernes.

En una olla agregar 4 Lt. de agua Una vez hecho esto, colocar la olla al fuego, se le hecha la tercera parte de las hierbas especiales que incluimos diciendo Padre, Hijo y Espíritu Santo. Se deja hervir durante 3, 5 o 7 minutos (siempre impar), dejar enfriar, por último se agrega la tercera parte de la esencia que incluimos gratis, se deja reposar, se cuela, te lo aplicas después de tu baño habitual y lees la oración que viene incluida.

Importante: Sólo deberá sacudirse el agua del cuerpo con las manos (no utilizar la toalla). Es recomendable hacerlo antes de irse a dormir.
