New Old Stock found in warehouse, TEKTRO Lightweight Cantilever Brake set (It can be fixed either front or rear, as long as your bike has cantilever pivots) from 1990's & Made in Taiwan, these are low profile straight arm cold-forged 6061 T-6 heat-treated aluminum cantilever brakes, which provide more room for adjustment and alignment on the arm. It comes with brake triangle hanger, straddle cable & fixing bolts with washers. This brake set still has original cardboard packaging but the hard transparent plastic ripped apart, so it was repacked in a new plastic bag. Expect some minor scratches from decades of storage condition inside the plastic packing without wrapper to protecting them from scratches etc, but overall is in good condition considering more than two & half decades age. I fixed one of this into my DYNO BMX rear brake & loved it, matching the polished alloy color.
