Battery rejuvenator / desulfator for batteries/packs from 12 to 72 volt

Please note:

a) The device only works for sulfated lead acid battery charger to extend good battery life, not for shorted out, or dried out battery.

b) Real-time voltage showing on LED tube may have 0.1-0.3v deviation from multimeter, occasionally 0.4-0.5V. This is normal, because there are difference between devices. And this will not affect maintenance and recovery function.

c) It would not work or show 'BL0' if battery voltage is less than 11V, 22V, 33V, 44V, 55V, and 66V for 12V 24V 36V 48V 60V and 72V rate battery.

d) It sounds beeping while working.

It works during both the charge and discharge phase of the battery cycle. The Battery Rejuvenator can be permanently attached to any 12/24/36/48/60/72 volt lead acid battery pack. It uses a small amount of power from the battery to extend the life of new batteries. It also revives many weak or old batteries that are thought to be dead or need replacing. Alternatively you can desulfate one bad battery or set, and then just move it on to the next battery.

Do not install it where it will be directly exposed to weather.  Suggested install location is under seat, or within battery enclosure.

Will it work?
On new or sulphated batteries it WILL work every time.The Battery Rejuvenator will not work with batteries that have damaged cells or sealed batteries that have dried out, it is not suitable for UPS batteries that are not cycled (charged discharged).  How well will it work? To be truly effective a desulfator need to combine a high power output with the ability to produce a wide range of frequencies. The Battery Rejuvenator has an external heat sink for cooling. It is 10 times more powerful than the cheap alternatives you will see advertised. If you see a desulfator built with plastic box, it cannot possibly be powerful enough to be effective.

The Battery Rejuvenator works by creating a wide range of low voltage frequency signals, that are designed to dissolve the sulfate crystals that builds up on both the negative and the positive plates of a lead acid battery. It is this build up that reduces the batteries capacity. Gently dissolving the sulfate crystals back into the electrolyte over several charge cycles, lowers the internal resistance of the battery, and raises the specific gravity. Ensuring that you keep, or return, your batteries to their maximum capacity. It works during both charge and discharge cycles with no need for a special charger or any external power supply. The Battery rejuvenator will work on all types and brands of lead acid battery, including GEL, AGM, Maintenance Free, Deep Cycle, Sealed and Leisure. It will not recover batteries with damaged or dried out cells. In addition to recovering sulfated batteries, by fitting the BR to your battery, or battery bank, you can double life of good batteries.

While improvement maybe seen after only 24 hours of use, most benefits will be obtained after 6 weeks of continued use.   For batteries with significant sulfation, it is recommended that you use the desulfator on each individual battery for a full 6 weeks and then move it to the next for a full six weeks.  Once all batteries have been treated, permanently install it to treat the whole set.
