This is a PAINTED high resolution 3D print (from a custom printing profile) using PLA.
PLA
(Polylactic acid) is a bio plastic made from corn starch (or similar
organic material). PLA is a great material for wargaming terrain, as it
is:
* Lightweight, so easier to carry around with you.
* Tough (PLA terrain is more accommodating to being used and dropped regularly and is not brittle like resin can me).
*
Safe and biodegradable (PLA doesn't need cleaning or treating in any
way, like some resins can, and in the right conditions can be broken
down and composted).

but can be glued with superglue and painted with acrylic and enamel
