Devoluciones:
Aceptamos devolución de artículos durante 15 días desde la fecha de entrega salvo que la descripción del artículo indique que no admite devolución (licencias, artículos de outlet, etc). Los gastos de la devolución siempre correrán a cargo del comprador salvo que la mercancía haya llegado defectuosa o con algún problema cuya responsabilidad haya sido ds tec.
El material debe de ser devuelto en perfectas condiciones, tanto el artículo como sus accesorios. Debe de venir con sus embalajes y envoltorios en perfecto estado. En caso de que el artículo devuelto llegue con sus embalajes defectuosos debido a que se ha devuelto sin embalar correctamente y tiene pegatinas de la agencia de transportes que ha realizado la devolución o algún otro deterioro externo no se aceptará la devolución.
