We accept the return of items for 15 days from the delivery date unless the description of the item indicates that it does not accept returns (licenses, outlet items, etc). The costs of the return will always be borne by the buyer unless the merchandise has arrived defective or with a problem whose responsibility has been ds tec.  

The material must be returned in perfect condition, both the item and its accessories. It must come with its packaging and wrapping in perfect condition. In the event that the returned item arrives with its defective packaging because it has been returned without being properly packed and has stickers from the transport agency that made the return or some other external deterioration, the return will not be accepted.
