Dick Bruna's Christmas Crib Nativity Activity Color Punch & Stand Paper Dolls.

Sealed except for 1 corner.  The paper cover or folder that holds the cut-outs has been folded over when it was sealed.  It does not look like the cut-out pages have been folded.   On the back it has photos with instructions to color, punch out and fold the paper doll figures to make the nativity.  This came from a local store called The Toy House which was a family owned business that had items not found at the box stores.
