Vintage GONG BELL "LOCO TRIX" PULL TOY No. 302 c.1936; NICE!!.   11" long× 4. 1/2"  wide (with wheels) x 7. 1/2" tall (with figure)  overall wonderful condition, does not have string for pulling.  would be an awesome addition to any toy collection.
