Using a unique process of blending two different colored resins I came up with a true one-of-a-kind blank that demonstrates how light pierces the darkness. Most of us can relate as we have at one or more points in our lives experienced these flashes of light in our lives that bring us out of the darkness we have going through, giving us hope for a brighter future.

As a world renowned artisan, I was able to form this fine writing instrument through a painstaking process that involved several hours and stages in order to present a finely polished work of art. Each blank was measured and drilled before inserting a brass tube. They were then trued on each end before being placed on my Rikon midi-lathe for the shaping using various chisels. When the desired shape was achieved I then took them through a multi-stage sanding process finishing with nine steps of micro-mesh, followed by a multi-step polishing with White Diamond Polish, finishing up with three coats of carnauba wax resulting in a glass like finish.
