ALL framed art is measured Width x Height to OUTSIDE EDGE of frames, as most

framed is width x height to the most inner mat.

GENERAL COMMENTS: Here is a deco favorite, MCM accent print of an acrylic oil painting done in the 1950-1960 timeframe in the Belgium Congo. Normally these pieces have a black background, this is unusual in that its background is tan. This piece is framed, under glass with a large olive-green mat. the bottom of the mat has sustained a small amount of water staining which does not impact the image. The image does have some waving but no other physical damage or loss. Mat board for back is on order. Wire hanging hardware. Frame 19.5"x17", image 12"x9"
