This auction is for a pair of figurines……handsome man in his coat & tie with top hat by Goldscheider x Peggy Porcher….this particular design is a Gentleman Caller & the matching Lady….handpainted with delicate shades of pink, purple, black, gray, off white & yellow. He has wonderful detail & appear to have just walked out for a stroll! Designed by P.Porcher. I believe this is 1940s, Goldscheider Everlast Corp. as marked on base, Vintage, there are other marks & impressions that I can not make out. This beautiful piece is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks….. and does show some crazing from age. The lady figurine does have a small chip at the bottom of her skirt as seen in photo. This porcelain fine china is from New Jersey, produced 1941-47. *This auction is for the man & the lady. **

Measures approximately 6.25 inches tall by 2.5” wide at widest point at base. From a smoke free home.
