RARE Syd Brak Vintage Poster - original 1980's print!

Hailed as one if the best airbrush artists who captured the essence of 80's fashion and subcultures, Syd Brak is revered to this day! His work in the 80's serves as inspiration for artists, makeup artists, hair and costume designers the world over. This is a genuine Athena International print which was produced in 1985; with the title "Pearl" depicting a postmodern Deco dancer or skater with strings of pearls. It has come from a large repository of vintage 70s and 80s posters found in the basement of an Australian poster and tshirt store that closed in 1988!

This Syd Brak poster (Ref no. 307598) was printed by Athena International in London, England. It has no tears or damage, as it was laminated in the 1980s.

Syd Brak memorabilia of this era is highly collectable, difficult to come by, and are considered art pieces in their own right: just try and find another! Given its large format, it would look incredible framed and hung in a contemporary home or business.
