Donny Osmond (b. Dec 9, 1957) is an American singer, dancer, actor, TV host & former teen idol. He 1^st gained fame performing & releasing albums with 4 of his elder brothers as The Osmonds, earning several Top 10 Hits. In the early ‘70s he began a solo career, earning additional Top 10 hit songs including Go Away Little Girl, (USA #1), Puppy Love (US # 3, UK #1), The Twelfth of Never (USA #8, UK #1) & later Soldier of Love (USA #2) & Breeze On By (UK #8). He also recorded the popular song I'll Make a Man Out of You for the '98 Disney film Mulan. He had further TV fame with his sister due to the success of their '76-'79 variety series Donny & Marie. The duo released a series hit songs, gold albums & hosted a Daytime Emmy Award-nominated '98-2000 talk show. He hosted the TV game show Pyramid from 2002-2004. Donny & Marie headlined an 11-year Las Vegas residency (2008-2019) & he successfully competed on 2 reality TV shows, winning Season 9 of Dancing with the Stars & being named runner-up for Season 1 of The Masked Singer. Donny continues to perform & have a dedicated fan following.
