Tips for new customers:

  • If you buy the tube with the silver cap. After removing the cap for the first time to remove the factory seal, the cap does not need to be removed again in order to get the shampoo out. Just turn it slightly and it will open. Remember to close the cap fully after each use. After the factory seal is removed, the product cannot be returned.
  • If you have never used this kind of container, please keep in mind that the cap controls the flow of the product and if you squish hard the tube, the back seal may break from the pressure. Our recommendation is to squish gently the tube the first few times until you are familiar with the container.

  • If you have never tried these items , the Monat products or / and 100% Vegan hair products, our recommendation, please try the sample instead of buying the full size item and / or full set. Please keep in mind that any used products or items that have had their factory seal removed cannot be returned due to the eBay policy.  Our company has the receipts for all our products to support any claim.
