Good Pre-Owned condition, some discoloring, no missing pages, binding (staples) are instact.  May have a bit of creasing, but looks mostly unused, if used at all.

For beginner guitarists that are looking for those great old folk song standards like On Top of Old Smoky, this is very good at showing hand placement etc.

Love the front of the book artwork!
