Item is new, unused in Open Box condition. The maps and book remain in the sealed plastic wrap as presented in the Photos.

Box has some wear including bending and creases in the cardboard, edge wear, scuffs and other signs of age due to storage. If this concerns you, please review the images closely before purchasing the item.
