Description
A personalised name of your choice with a frame and in a range of three beautiful pink and blue options. The names are cut from quality mount board with a 45 degree bevelled edge to the lettering with a patterned fabric or plain coloured board backing, giving a lovely minimalist contemporary feel.
It comes with a quality real wood white picture frame. The frame moulding itself is 22mm wide and 22mm deep. The frame comes with Perspex glazing for safety, backing board and a hanging clip. Kindly note that your frame will arrive with protective plastic film on the Perspex which protects it during transport, construction and fitting. Simply remove the protective film from both sides of the Perspex and fit the name in the frame. See details below for further information.
Available from three letter names to eight letter names. Kindly note, the size of the frame will depend on the size of the name selected. Please see our size guide below, the sizes are approximate as the individual letters vary in size:-

Our pink names are cut out of a pure white cream core mount board and our blue names from an antique white mount board, to compliment the colours.

When your frame arrives, the protective covers on the Perspex will need to be removed with the following steps.
1. On the back of the frame fold up the flexible points and remove the back board, name and Perspex.
2. Peel the protective cover from both sides of the Perspex and replace in the frame.
3. Replace the name and backing board. 4. Push down the flexible points. 5. Your frame is ready to hang.
Please note, for safety please ensure the frame is securely hung on wall and avoid handing above cots and beds.

We accept all methods of payment through eBay manage payments, this means all your payment are to eBay not us. Any payment queries need to be directed to eBay. As soon as your payment is cleared, you can rest assured your order will be dispatched by the time period stated on the listing. For your security we only dispatch your order to the address you provide us via eBay.
As soon as you pay, eBay will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been dispatched and the tracking number will be uploaded to your eBay order for you to view in your purchase history.
Shipping
Free Postage:
If you have selected up to 14x20" 35x50cm via RM48 Parcels (Royal Mail 48hr Parcel) which is 2 to 5 day working days delivery time. This come with proof off postage and proof off delivery only and is not a fully tracked service.
If you have selected larger than 14x20” your parcel will be sent either DHL or DPD standard with is a 1-2 day fully tracked service. With this service there is an additional charge for Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Scilly.
Addition postage options:
For addition charge we will send an item full tracked or guaranteed 24hr please see the postage option in the checkout. We use DHL or Royal Mail for this service depending on weight and size.
There are additional charges for Scotland, Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands.

If your order has not turned up by the delivery period provided, please check your order on eBay as every item sent will have a tracking number uploaded onto eBay. This will provide you with updates and the courier. Royal mail services will only update if a delivery has been attempted. However, we have had issues with Royal mail not leaving a card or updating their delivery attempt, which can mean you parcel could be waiting at your local depot for collection so you may have to take the tracking number and id there to collect.
All Other services should give you tracking and a time window for delivery including text updates.

Returns
We absolutely and unconditionally guarantee all our products. In the unlikely event, that your order is not what your ordered, please message us and we will investigate. Our products are packaged very securely, but in the unlikely event of transit damage, please notify us immediately. Very occasionally, despite our best efforts, glass does get broken in transit. If this occurs, we will replace the glass by sending you Framers Perspex. We would ask that you kindly attach a photo of any damaged items and packaging within 7 days in order that we may claim the cost back from our courier.
Unfortunately, due to buyer's not reading this description and that all mounts are cut to order we can only accept returns for damaged in transit or not the size or quantity sent (however we will always send replacement first to fulfill the order) We also cannot exchange any orders when the buyer has ordered the wrong size or colour. You will need to return and reorder.
If you change your mind about your order, we offer a 60-day return policy. The Frame must be returned in the original packaging. Return postage costs will be at the buyer’s cost. If not returned in original packaging, you risk damage to the mount and your refund.
