We only deliver to the UK some larger items are only delivered to the UK Mainland if unsure please ask as we will refund in full and no items will be shipped.

Our delivery charges are stated in the postage and payment section for each method of delivery we offer.

All UV bulbs and quartz sleeves are sent out at customers own risk meaning no refund if not working or delivered damaged/broken.

Delivers can be made any time between 7 am to 8 pm Monday to Sunday.

You will receive a conformation email stating your item has been dispatched so please check your emails regular.

Orders should be dispatched within 48 hours.

If an item can not be obtained or is discontinued we have the right to cancel your order we will inform you if this is the case.

Please provide a valid email address and telephone number so we can contact you if we need to and also for our couriers in case of any problems.

Please do not return goods without our permission as you need a returns authorization code.

Any item without a returns authorization code will not be accepted and delivery refused.

Returns will only be accepted if prior arrangement is made within 30 days after you have received your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

All items must be returned back to us within 7 days after first contacting us or no refunds will be given.

All electrical goods are covered by a 12 month manufactures warranty (unless otherwise stated).

In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty, DOA (Dead on arrival) or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of the date of delivery via email in order for us to arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

After 7 days, should the goods become faulty we will not refund unless it cannot be repaired or is discontinued and a suitable model is not available.

Please note we take all manufacturers serial numbers etc. to stop fraudulent returns which we have not sold.

Please note that although your warranty covers both parts and labour it DOES NOT cover delivery and collection costs of the goods to and from us.

Any charge must be paid by YOU,THE CUSTOMER, directly to us.

If the Goods are returned to the warehouse within 7 days we will only refund if they are un used and in the same condition they were sent out to you.

All returns must be returned within 7 days in the original box & With all associated accessories & manual etc and proof of purchase will be required with no exceptions!

If you have bought the goods in error or have purely changed your mind we have followed the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You are required to send a notice of cancellation in writing including or e-mail within 30 days of receiving your goods & Return the goods (AT YOUR COST) within 7 days of first contacting us.

You must state your item number and reason for cancellation of the goods you will also have to send proof of purchase with your item with NO EXCEPTIONS!

You are fully responsible for returning the item via a signed for service as we cannot be held liable for any loss unless proof of delivery is obtained (not proof of postage).

If the returned item looks as if it has been damaged during transit we will check the item and if it is damaged we will refuse delivery and sign the docket as damaged an no refund will be given it will be up to you to claim from the courier; a refund will be given less the delivery cost providing the following * criteria * are met:

* If you are not in possession of your invoice, no returns or warranty will be carried out. (This applies to all orders without exception)

* Goods must be re-packaged as received (e.g.. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box or product in any way) all components and accessories must be returned.

If the product has been used or returned without packaging it will be counted as second hand goods & an admin fee will be charged @ 75% of the original purchase price.

* We will not except returns on Filter media, Filters,Opened/Unopened food,pipe work, bottom drains,nets,bowls ,Treatments or Additives and (electrical items unless faulty or damaged) due to cross contamination incase they have been used

* Once you have installed any pipe work or bottom drains we can not be held liable for any damage as this may have been caused during installation or due to improper installation so there for we will not be held responsible for this.

Experience tells us that in many cases checking there can often solve what seems like a fault quickly and easily.

Should your item arrive late or damaged caused by the courier service, it is your responsibility to contact the couriers for compensation or insurance we only act on your behalf sending the goods and the contract is between you and them.

If your item has been damaged during transit please sign the delivery note as DAMAGED and refuse delivery.

A claim will only be accepted if the item has been signed for as damaged.

We sell on multiple formats and some items not in stock are ordered direct from our suppliers so occasionally we may have to cancel an order due to stock shortages.

This is very rare as we keep most items in stock.

If this is the case we will inform you and ask you to agree to the cancellation notice we will send.

All Treatments and additives supplied to you are used at your own risk we accept no responsibility for any loss damage to fish or equipment due to the use of treatments or additives as its your responsibility to diagnose and give the correct treatment and treatment amounts and to check your treatment is not cloudy or crystallised.
