Navy blue rubber snow boots with waterproof bright blue fabric tops. Laces around ankles and drawstring around cuffs to keep all snow out. Fleece lined. I cannot see the actual size marked on the boots but they are the same size as other size 4 shoes I currently have listed. A couple of marks and some loose stitches around cuffs (see photos), otherwise in great gently loved condition.
