The materials and technology of production meet safety requirements. Dyes applied in production are safe and harmless for health.

We recommend dry cleaning for felt items. In special cases felt product can also be hand-washed by ensuring the following conditions: warm water no higher than 35 °С, using soap. Otherwise, the item may significantly decrease in size under the influence of hot water or high mechanical pressure. It is recommended to give a form to the item and dry in shade after washing.

Returns

30 DAY RETURNS PAID BY BUYER. All shipping charges to be paid by buyer. We do not refund shipping charges.

Please return the product in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund. To make a return, you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) by contacting us at via eBay Messages. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.
