1.We will ship your order within 3 business days. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your address is correct during checkout.
2.Please take a moment to inspect the item inside the package before signing for it. If you notice any issues, please feel free to reject the parcel directly. 
3.Your product will be left at your doorstep or in the courtyard. Please check promptly to prevent missing the delivery. If you are unable to locate it, please contact us or the shipping provider promptly.

1.Payment should be completed within 4 (Four) days of auction closing. Or unpaid dispute will be filed for closing auction.

1.We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please ensure the original packaging is intact and undamaged.

2.If you are returning the product due to personal reasons, you are responsible for the return fee and must arrange a logistic provider with a tracking number. Return fees: AU $10 for small items, AU $20 for medium items, AU $30 for large items. 

3.For product-related issues, we will cover the return fee based on the actual situation. Please contact us before initiating a return to receive the specific return address as we have multiple warehouses.
