In excellent vintage condition, small tear near and rubbing right shoulder. See photos please.

All buttons securely attached. Has four pockets, 2 button close near chest and 2 slip pockets at waist. Left waist pocket has tear but can be re-sewed.
Inner lining fabric has a wagon wheel pattern.
