Thank you for checking out my items. This building is in the original plastic within the original styrofoam box and cardboard sleeve. For the most part my entire collection was boxed and in cabinets. If my Dickens Village pieces seem pricy, it's because they are all in pristine condition in the original boxes and sleeves, plus I am charged a high percentage of my sales by the platform. In some cases I have had to pay to advertise also.
