ITEM DESCRIPTION:


Hamilton Fish Armstrong (April 7, 1893 – April 24, 1973) was a United States diplomat and editor. e attended Princeton University, then began a career in journalism at New Republic. During the First World War, he was a military attaché in Serbia, sparking a lifelong interest in American relations with foreign states. In 1922, at the request of editor Archibald Cary Coolidge, Armstrong became managing editor of Foreign Affairs, the journal of the newly formed Council on Foreign Relations. After Coolidge's death in 1928, Armstrong became editor, retiring from the position only in 1972, the fiftieth year of publication of the journal. He died after a long illness on April 24, 1973, at the age of 80. Armstrong wrote many books, including the early Hitler's Reich: The First Phase (published in July, 1933, by The Macmillan Company).

letters of 21g.- 100g for Europe are 6 euros, for the rest of the world 7 euros

Lots of 100+ euros are sent by registered air mail with return receipt / buyer receives the shipment with a personal signature, except for countries - Great Britain, ... with which the Serbian Post does not have such an agreement / shipping costs may vary due to weight and size of the package.

Parcels of 350 + euros are sent exclusively by secure delivery / as a document / by DHL or FEDEX, the price of which depends on the distance where they are sent.

We combine shipping charges on multiple sales.

I send item only on buyer eBay address, NO OTHERWISE.

I am not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of the letter caused during transport.
