Rare Converse All Star Santa sneakers. US Men's size 4-1/2. It appears they have been worn, but certainly not much. The wear that you see is just from being stored over the years. The "Converse" marking on the inside sole is not worn at all.
I found a shoe size conversion table and this appears to equate to a US Women's size 6. I measured the shoe and the bottom of the sole is about 10" and the insole (heel to highest toe) is around 9 1/8". My wife generally wears slightly larger shoes and they fit her just fine.
