Professionally fabricated (revised) Hotwire cutter ready to use on your shipping protection and custom projects.  Special design with built in tensioners to handle wire stretch due to heating.  Cut Width is app 16" +, to depth of 12" +.  Actual clear width is slightly wider to allow for clearance.  Includes cutter, transformer, extra wire element & instructions.
All wires are internal - so you don't have to deal with fasteners etc.  See photo.

Don't spend 50% more on a fancy looking metal bow cutter just because it looks cool.  They do not disassemble, as this one does for storage.  And....

This unit, is custom manufactured with a full 16" depth (you can request longer sides if needed).  It allows for full depth of cut at the optimum cut width, due to its 90 degree corners

(No bow curve to reduce depth clearance, as is the case with the metal bow cutters).

Also, plans and parts list for an easily assembled jig to accommodate using this cutter.  Costs about $10.00 from your H Depot type store, and takes less than an hour to assemble.

Note:  All those large boxes from Big TVs, appliances, Stereos... etc. that get thrown away are full of Foam that you can use and cut to size for a variety of uses... but mostly for packing material.
