A really nice Chinese 19th century silk embroidered panel, depicting figures and temple scenes on a cream silk background. Parts of the panel are embroidered with gold thread and there is a pale blue stylised foliate border around the panel. It is unframed. The embroidered part measures 46cm by 8cm and the full panel is 102cm by 10cm.
