Very Good Used Condition! The tree is in great shape. But, the box is pretty messed up. It has scuff marks all over it. It's dirty and there is tape all over it. But I personally don't think that's a very big deal since the tree is in great shape! Please Look Over all photos carefully before making your decision. Thank you for your consideration!
