Important:
The higher the resolution of your motif, the better the stamp imprint. Please draw the size of the stamp plate (8mm x 33mm) on a piece of paper, so you can get a feel for how small the stamp area is. We recommend here Max. 3 lines of text and preferably no motif. If you want a motive, it has to be really simple, because the motive is at the end is only 7 mm high. Detailed images are not possible here. See the picture in the article photos (picture 3), there you can see what is possible.
In our opinion, the most sensible solution for geocaching. Because often you have logbooks that are simply too small to stamp them. Instead of always having to carry a pen and stamp around with you, you have everything in one here. The refill for the ballpoint pen can be reordered from us at a reasonable price.

We usually ship everything within 24 hours (excluding personalized items such as t-shirts, stamps and stickers. International shipments to Europe are usually post 3-4 days with you. However, it can currently take up to 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately we cannot influence this.

All information for personalized items must be sent to us OWN! Please understand that we cannot write to every customer who does not have the information! Processing time for personalized items is usually 4 working days - AFTER receipt of all required data!

Activation code for trackables
You can always get the activation code for your trackables directly from the manufacturer online. Enter the tracking code there and you will receive the activation code. Most codes can also be requested directly from groundspeak under "Lost Activation Code". You can find an overview of this in our web shop.
Shipment
We usually ship your packages within 24 hours. The goods are sent with DHL or Deutsche Post. After shipping you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. Delivery times within Germany are usually 1-2 days. Within Europe approx. 2-7 days.

In addition to the shipping time of 1-2 days within Germany, we need an additional processing time of 2-4 days for personalized products such as car stickers, T-shirts, stamps. Please check your emails if we have any questions about your item.
