Payment and shipment

Returns

·      Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

·      The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Return only for unused items.

·      The item must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

·      Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please include a delivery confirmation number if shipping via USPS or a tracking number if shipping via FEDEX or UPS.       

•    Refund will be processed by the same payment method within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.
