Phyllanthus Fluitans - Red Root Floater
similar portion like on the photo

Phyllanthus Fluitans, also known as 'Red Root Floaters', is a freshwater floating plant. Unique among floating plants due to its unique appearance, dark red roots and rusty brick leaves. The plant will grow quickly if given plenty of good light and nutrition. The leaves are fairly small and green on one side and pink/red on the other side. The leaves may be green or reddish. The main factor causing red leaves is a lack of nitrogen. Even plants grown in low light will turn very red if they are deprived of nitrogen. With high light levels, it can still grow completely green leaves if it has sufficient access to nitrogen. If you have a hood in your tank, don't use this plant as it will melt. Instead try Salvinia natans.

The picture is only illustrative, and the real plant may vary in colour and size, especially in the winter, because the plants grow more slowly, although we try to provide the largest sometimes it is independent of us. The colour depends on the fertilizers in which they are served. Plants will take their natural look in the aquarium. You will receive plants looking similar like on the photo (without pot, cup).

The size of the plant shows how big it can grow in the aquarium. That gives information to the buyers where to position plant in the aquarium. Plants which you will receives come from greenhouses or laboratory(in vitro) and some of them might be smaller or bigger than the final sizes shown on the listing. Don't be surprised that sometimes plants might not have roots or roots will be minimal. After planting in the aquarium, the plant will grow new roots within a few days.
