Excellent pin measures 18 mm 3/8" across.

I do not know what the centre metal piece is composed of, what I do know is that my magnet is not attracted to it.

I suspect it's copper with enamel and gold plate.

It raises out so that the mother of pearl base can be cleaned. 

Screw back with a metal stop, text on the brass back says:
