It skims the waist and kicks out just above the knee.

Unusual design details including a bottom section of heavier weight wool fabric.

The main body of the dress is lined in black satin.

High scoop/boat neck, which is backed in a beige satin up to the top of the bust, short sleeves which are unlined and nicely cover the upper arms.

Fastens with a feature long, black metal zip to the back.
