Shipping: To ensure your satisfaction and protection, we fully inspect, document and re-test as necessary each item prior to mailing. We video record the entire packing process, photographing and documenting the items included in the shipment and the infinite details of the condition of each item. Your tracking number can be found in your "purchased item list" after the shipping label is printed. We typically ship within 1-2 business days by USPS mail after payment is cleared. Because the shipping time frames are estimates, we are not responsible for late deliveries on behalf of USPS and do not offer returns or refunds based off of delivery times. We do not offer local pick-ups.
International Sales: We offer Global Shipping on some of our items to select locations and addresses. Orders are subject to be cancelled for items that do not offer Global Shipping. Returns: See returns section for returns policy on this item. For items that we offer returns on, the buyer pays for the return shipping and original shipping is non-refundable. Items that have been used, altered or damaged by the buyer including new items that have had the tags removed or seal broken are not eligible for a return. Items must have the security tag, sticker, or other identifiable mark or characteristics that we have noted to be eligible for a return. Items that have had the security tags or stickers removed or tampered with are not eligible for a return. If an item arrives damaged or is grossly misrepresented, please save all packaging and email us with clear photos showing the entire item, packaging, and close ups of the problem and we will gladly make things right! We will email you back at such time with instructions regarding any additional photos that may be needed and any return details. We do not offer partial refunds.
