The X-lite X-1005 flip up helmet is an exclusive offering from X-lite with a high carbon content. It has a distinctive appearance, an elegant and dynamic design, and a wide range of technical features. 

Key Features: 

   •  Aerodynamics:  Innovative rear spoiler with adjustable aerodynamics is built into the shell. The spoiler optimises the aerodynamics of the helmet, stabilising it at high speeds.

 • Eyewear Adaptive: The helmet was designed with the comfort of eyeglass wearers in mind. It quickly and easily creates a space in the cheek pads for the glasses' temples. 

 •  P/J Homolgation: The protective chin guard has passed the homologation testing needed by UN/ECE regulations for full face helmets, the helmet can be worn with the chin guard open (J configuration) or closed (P configuration). 

 • Shell Construction:  The X-1005 is constructed from a high rich carbon content providing high impact absorption

 •  N-Com Compatibility: The helmet is compatible with the communication system B902 and B601 X-Series. 

• Safety: The helmet comes with a Nolan's Emergency Release System that allows for easy removal in an emergency, simply by pulling on the red ribbons located in the front portion of the pads.

        • Touring Ventilation System: Air is blown around the helmet by the touring ventilation system through numerous adjustable intakes on the front and top of the helmet

             •  Interior: The internal padding  has been designed in order to provide a superior even. The padding is removable and washable.
