Vintage Antique BULMAN SPRING Countertop Roll Paper Cutter General Store

Please view all pics for condition. Shows wear from being used and from storage. Surfaces have some scuffs, and scratches. The paper roll has some rips, and cuts in it, from being used. No breaks, chips, or cracks that I can see. The spring mechanism is still strong, and the paper cutter is in working order from what I can tell. Made by the Bulman Mfg Co. Overall displays well.
