This is an Original Equipment (Genuine) Power Steering Pump, remanufactured using brand-new components and quality tested.
This pump has been rebuilt using O.E spec seals and bearings and are tested thoroughly using hi-tech equipment. The core itself has also been specifically checked to ensure no internal scoring.

Installation
All consult your manufacturer’s fitting guidelines before fitting. As a general guide:
Remove the original pump and replace defective hoses; be sure all O-rings or fitting seals are replaced.
- Install the pulley (if equipped) using proper tools and procedures – NEVER hammer the pulley on; do not use a press.
- Use the manufacturer’s recommended fluid.
- Flush the system following the original manufacturer procedures and install the pump using the proper tools. Turn the steering to the lock position 10 times to help with the bleeding. The wheels have to be grounded instead of suspended on a ramp.
- Align the pulley then tighten belts using a tension gauge to the manufacturer’s spec or inspect the belt tensioner for proper operation as applicable. Premature pump failure can result from an over-tightened belt.
- Before operating the system, check fluid levels, prime the pump, and check that pulleys and belts are clear of obstacles and routed correctly.
- If possible, crank the engine in short bursts to circulate fluid and allow any trapped air to rise toward the reservoir.
- Start the engine and check fluid levels. If the fluid level drops, this is an indication that air is still in the system. It may be necessary to vacuum bleed the system using appropriate tools and procedures.
- If noisy operation persists or fluid stays foamy, a restriction in the system may be the cause. Check for damaged or defective hoses, a blocked reservoir filter, a blocked remote reservoir hose, or a blocked or restricted cooler (if so equipped). Prolonged operation with any of these conditions will affect the operation and cause premature pump failure.

Lost items or items not received
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item(s) arrive in a timely and undamaged manner by using reputable carriers, parcels do from time to time get damaged or lost in transit. If you haven't received your parcel in time, please check the tracking info (if one is provided) or contact us. We will do all that we can to resolve the issue as fast as we can. Please do not leave negative feedback before contacting us.
All our parts are brand new and to OE specification. We believe in the quality of our parts so much so that we give a free 2 year warranty. Please note this excludes general wear & tear or fitting errors. If claiming warranty, please provide a detailed mechanics report of the issue to rule out the above.
If a product needs to be returned, we do not cover the refund postage on that item. If a part has been purchased as a result of it being incompatible and compatibility was not checked with us, we reserve the right to deduct a nominal postage fee incurred when sending the part to you. Kindly check with us before purchasing to avoid this.

Firstly you must double check the part number listed is suitable for your vehicle, standard control arms are not suitable for lowered vehicles, call our helpline for advice if you have lowered vehicle, the mechanic or person(s) fitting must check against the part from the vehicle is exact match if unsure can always contact us for advice vehicle manufactures often alter specification and parts fitted throughout a production run or your vehicle may have been modified. So even if your vehicle appears in this listing and the pdf link, there may still be an alternative part to what may be fitted to your vehicle. If a part do not fit for any reason please contact us we may have the part you require.

WARRANTY
If Goods become faulty during the period of the Warranty for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions, or misuse of the Goods, you must return such Goods to us. We will inspect the parts and accordingly repair or (at our option) replace such Goods with the same or superior Goods at cost price, unless the Goods fail within the first 4 weeks of fitting for reasons unconnected with your act, omission, misuse, or failure to fit the part properly, in which case we will replace it for free. In either case, you must cover the returns postage. If Goods become faulty after expiry of the Warranty, and you request that we replace or repair such Goods, then we shall charge our then standard list price for such repair or replacement.
