This is only the 2nd tome/volume of Vejarano's book "Bolivar", IN SPANISH. I don't have the first, & it seems too rare to find this volume or the first anywhere online.

There are photos & fold-out maps within.

Regarding the cover: I'd personally call it "hardcover"; it's a stiff  faux-leather type; yet, while it's not cardboard, it does bend to some degree, & could be said to be something between soft- & hard-cover.
