A Chinese export Huali work box. The hinged lid with an oval reserve
carved with a ploughman, enclosing a void interior,
the frieze carved with birds and prunus and Buddhistic lion masks
on a stand with a fretted frieze and squared cabriole legs with a flat stretcher.
