Up for sale today is this Antique 1930's Hubley Cast Iron 498 Campbell Soup Kids Bookends. This is a wonderful matched pair of original Hubley bookends in very good condition with original paint. No touch ups and only very minor paint loss. Backs are marked Made in USA 498. Measures 4 7/8" x 4 3/8" x 1 3/4". The infamous Campbell Soup Kids were created by Grace Drayton. was an illustrator of children's books, fashion pages, and magazine covers. She created the Campbell Soup Kids. Grace is considered to be one of the first and most successful American female cartoonists.
