Here
is vintage Windows Vista machine in great condition. I have cleaned the interior and replaced a damaged screen with a fully functional replacement. The keyboard has also been replaced. The CMOS battery is still remembering the time and date.
The battery is not holding a charge, please assume this is not working. No charger is included. These are cheap to buy on EBay. I highly recommend using a USB mouse with this machine, as the touchpad is not very responsive when using a unbranded charger. A USB Mouse in not included.
I have tested the ports, keys, DVD Drive, wi-fi, touchpad and mouse buttons successfully. The heatsink and CPU fan have been carefully cleaned so this machine is not overheating and there is very little noise during operation.
This Acer Laptop has a AMD Turion 64 CPU running at 2.00GHZ with 1GB of DDR2 Ram, Hitachi 200GB SATA 2 Hard
Disk Drive, 15.4 inch display with a resolution of 1280x800, Graphics supplied by
ATI Radeon Xpress Graphics and sound by supplied by high quality sound.
In
addition there are 3 USB Ports, a DVD-Rom Drive, VGA Port, Lan Port, SD Card Slot, Acer Bison Webcam, Atheros Wi-Fi and a
Microphone and Headphone Socket.
The
OS (Windows Vista Home Premium 32 BIT with Service Pack 2 and a number of additional patches) have been freshly installed. The Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is on the unit.
There are some marks and scuffs to the laptop in general, but overall this machine is in excellent condition.
