This listing is for approx 10 yards total of these assorted colored

beautiful antique 19th century real metal tinsel thread.

4 colors are made from real metal, no lurex, no mylar.

The one length is more of a metal wrapped silk or cotton core thread, not the tinsel.

I bought all my tinsels directly from Paris France.

You will receive a similar cardboard bobbin with the 5 different

colored lengths wound onto it. See pic #3

I tried to wind approx 1.5 to 2 yards or so of each tinsel and 2+ yards of the thread.

Figuring fly lures don't take that much material...

I now have other colors and types of antique French made

tinsel for fly tying here in my Ebay shop. Gold, purple, brown, embossed, flat, etc
