Rustins anti-corrosion metal primer protects metal surfaces from rusting. It can be used on old or new metal and may be painted straight onto rust.It binds to the surface making it ideal for vertical surfaces and reacts with any rust that it comes into contact with. This will neutralize the rust and prevent any further corrosion.
Remove any loose rust with a wire brush before painting.
This is suitable for both interior and exterior use.
It can be left as it is in a matt finish or painted over.
It is touch dry in approx 4 hours, allow to fully harden for 8-10 hours or overnight if applying a second coat.
Coverage 1L will cover approx 14sqm in 1 coat depending on the absorbency of the surface.
