Pricing and Payment
I accept offers on most of my items. I price my items as close to market pricing or below when possible. Reasonable offers will be considered. Feel free to make counteroffers.
I accept payments through Ebay. I do not accept any other payment.
Shipping
Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Items will be shipped within one business day after payment is received and cleared. Items will usually be shipped the same day if payment is made by 1:00 pm. Shipping is free in the US.
Purchases of more than $200.00 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery (which means you must be home or be willing to stop by your local post office), unless you specifically state that you do not want this protection. This protects both you and me.
International shipping is through eBay’s service.
Returns
I do not accept returns. This allows me to keep my prices lower than the competition. If you are not sure you want the shoes, or if you are not sure of your size, please contact me before you buy or look for them from another seller who provides returns.
If there is a problem with the shoes, I will resolve the problem to your satisfaction. You are also covered by the eBay guarantee.
If you request a return, and if I accept it, you must pay the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund. The shoes must be returned within 14 days in the same condition as they were initially shipped – new, clean, unworn.
